Sidewalk Chalk Art Competition

Are you an artist at heart and would love to show off your talent for the whole community to see? Sign up for the Alsip Park District’s first ever Sidewalk Art Contest. Each contestant will reserve a 10 x 10 space in the Apollo Recreation Center parking lot. This event is for all ages and will be judged in the following age groups, 10 years and under, 11-17 years and 18 and over. You will be given 2 hours beginning at 9:00 am to complete your masterpiece. Judging will start at 11:00 am and prizes will be awarded as well as refreshments served from 11:00 am-noon. The competition will be held in the Apollo Recreation Center Parking lot. This is a FREE event and all under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
