Pace of Play
A foursome should complete a 9-hole round in a time of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Keep Pace With The Group Ahead.

Rain Check
Rain checks will be issued for a prorated dollar amount for golf and gas cart (if applicable) based upon holes paid vs. holes completed. A rain check must be completely used in a single visit. Rain checks will not be issued for the following:

  • Due to darkness on a twilight round of golf
  • The golfer does not have time to continue
  • If the golfer leaves the premises

Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made up to 6 days in advance in person or by calling 708.388.4653 x400.

All golfers are expected to arrive at the golf course at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time. Reserved reservations will be given away to walk-in groups 5 minutes prior to a tee time if the reserved group has not checked in and paid for all golfers.

One important thing to remember, tee time is when you are expected to be hitting your ball down the fairway from the first tee, not when you enter the parking lot with your car or are walking in to the pro shop to pay your green fee.

Fountain Hills Golf Club reserves the right to pair players together.

Each golfer must have their own bag and clubs before teeing off.

All golfing children must have their own set of clubs and pay prevailing green fee and cart fee, if riding. Non golfing children will need to have an adult sign a spectator waiver and pay the prevailing spectator fee. No one under the age of 18 may rent or drive a cart but may ride in a cart operated by a responsible adult.

Spectators are at the discretion of the golf shop and must adhere to the dress code and course rules/policies. All spectators must sign a waiver and pay the prevailing spectator fee.
