Join the Alsip Park District in celebrating Chinese New Year with a trip to the New Star restaurant in Elmwood Park. Started over sixty years ago, by the well-known Moy family, loved by the all the residents of Elmwood Park. They still make the same honest and delicious Chinese food today! The registration fee is $11 for residents and $13 for nonresidents. Participants under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult. The registration deadline is Friday, February 9
